Preheat oven to 375F. Peel, core, and chop up 7 apples and put in large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle enough cinnamon onto the apples as your stir so that they are evenly coated. Set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the flour, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, the brown and white sugars, and the oats. Give it slow mix to combine.
Add the butter and mix all together until well combined into a crumble type texture.
Add the apples to your skillet or casserole dish.
Using your hands or a spoon, take the crumble mixture and sprinkle on top of the apples. Don't worry about perfection here - just try to get it as evenly around as possible.
Bake at 375F for about 40 minutes or until the desired tenderness of the apples is reached and the crumble topping is nice and golden brown.
