Start by heating the oil to 375F.
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, beat the eggs and milk together.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Using a small scoop, add small portions of the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing a little at a time until all smooth and combined. The batter should be a little runny - enough to pour out, but not too quickly. If you feel like it is too thick, add a splash more milk and combine.
Pour the batter into a squirt bottle. You could also use a baggie and snip the edge off, a plastic cup, an old bottle, whatever you can find that can help you control how the batter comes out while pouring.
To make the chocolate topping, mix the Nutella with the chocolate syrup. Add more syrup if you want a runnier consistency, or less if you want the sauce thicker.
Once the oil has reached 375, start from the center over the oil and start swirling in a circular motion to make a circle. Once you've got enough batter criss crossed over each other, fry on both sides (about 5-6 minutes) until golden brown. Remove and drain on rack or paper towels.
Top with chocolate sauce, powdered sugar, or any other toppings that you like!
