About Jenny

I was married for 13 very rocky years. After a long divorce, I found myself struggling more than ever, but I knew that I had made the right choice. It took a while to realize that I wasn’t struggling to heal from trauma – I was struggling to find my joy because I didn’t know who I was anymore. Over time, I started to find myself. That’s where Heart Soul Joy came from – the realization that I had always had it within me to live a happy joy filled life. So I started making changes. I started not just nourishing my soul but my body. I started working out again and eating right. And most importantly… I started doing what brought me joy!! Writing! Cooking! Organizing! Traveling! Spending time with my family! Creating!

So there you have it… that’s how HSJ was born and why our tag line is…

Teaching with Heart. Nourishing the Soul. Finding Joy Every Day.
