Preheat oven to 400 F.
Wash, peel, and thinly slice the potatoes. Set aside.
In a pan, warm the cream cheese, sour cream, butter,
Add the cheeses and stir until melted and creamy. Add the milk as desired to thin.
Line the potatoes in stacks in a casserole or baking dish.
Pour the cheesy mixture over the potatoes, stirring as needed to make sure all potatoes are covered.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden bubbly.
