One of my favorite discoveries when I did the Whole 30 were these super amazing sweet potato slices. I ate these for breakfast so much and never got tired of them! This was one of my favorite breakfasts because of how quick and easy it was while really filling me up (and tasting amazing)! You can find these pre-sliced/pre-cooked sweet potatoes in the freezer section of the bigger grocery stores. If you can’t find them, slicing a sweet potato and baking it would work just as well – it will just take a bit longer.
