This is one cocktail that screams fall. I love this fizzy drink so much, it’s hard to not have too many. You can pretty much serve this hot or cold, but I love my bubbly drinks cold and the ginger beer in this gives it the perfect snappy bite.

4 ounces Bourbon (We love Woodford Reserve SO MUCH)
6 Tablespoons Apple Cider
4 ounces Ginger Beer
Mix in a shaker and pour over ice. OR Mix on a stovetop until steamy. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, prig of fresh thyme or rosemary – you could even add a slice or two of fresh apple.
