Welcome to the first round of HSJ’s Weekly Meal Plans! I’m a busy teacher, I’ve got three kids and a ton of stuff to do… but I do love a good meal plan. Especially if it includes super easy dinner fixes with not a lot of crazy ingredients and some good ole Southern Soul Food to help me cope with the stress of the week!
I’ve even done the shopping for you with this handy dandy Google Sheets Shopping List. Just make a copy and cross off what you already have, or print it right out and take it to the store!
Here’s what we’re having this week… Y’all come eat!
Sunday:
Sheet Pan Nachos
The perfect end (or beginning) to your week… dump out those chips and start layering! Use some of those pinto beans, sprinkle some leftovers… and you’ve got yourself the perfect easy dinner!
